How do I change an employee’s division?

alt Select the "Personal Information" menu for the employee, then "Division." Under Current Division choose the new division from the drop down box, enter the effective date, then select save. Keep in mind that changing divisions for an employee may change the benefits they are eligible for and you may need to enroll the employee in new benefits.
