Employee Portal- Our customizable web based self-service portal gives employees direct access to managing their benefits and other HR-related information.  This interface is an excellent way to connect employees, managers, and administrators.  The employee portal centralizes all of the employee activity, including accessing their benefit information, requesting time off, recording time, and reviewing company goals and performance reviews.  Because the portal is fully customizable, you can allow employees to view only necessary information.

Benefit Management- Our benefit management system within Total HR allows employees to complete new hire, open enrollment and qualified events themselves.  Our system gives employees the option to compare, analyze, and check plan costs prior to enrollment, allowing full access to their benefits.  Using our benefit management system, all of the employee benefit data is automatically exported to carriers and payroll, simplifying the entire process by utilizing our rules-based eligibility engine.  With the benefit management system in Total HR, monitoring employee benefits has never been easier.

Time Off Tracking- Being able to track all employee time off in one central location is another reason how Total HR simplifies HRIS.  Using our rules-based eligibility engine, administrators can calculate leave automatically.  Each employee can see their time off balance, and request time off through their employee portals.  From there, managers can approve/deny time off requests directly from the employee portal and also review time off balances and history.  The time off tracking feature has strong reporting capabilities which are fully exportable as well, allowing managers to constantly be up to date on employee time off.

Time and Attendance- The time and attendance feature within Total HR allows employees to clock in or clock out appropriately, or complete a timesheet electronically.  Time entry can either be completed through the employee portal, or through the physical time clock.  Managers can then review and approve time for employees directly through the employee portal, making it simple to track all employees within the system.  Like the time off tracking feature, managers can utilize the strong reporting and exporting features of Total HR to review employee attendance.

Applicant Tracking- Another distinctive feature built within Total HR is the applicant tracking system.  This system can be implemented into an already existing corporate website or work through the Total HR portal.  Job openings can be created and managed directly within the system, making it easy for managers to find applicants meeting that meet preferred criteria.   Using the applicant tracking system is easy.  First the applicant completes an electronic application, and customized workflows drive the applicants through the hiring process.  When your company is ready to create a new hire, converting the applicants to employees can be done with one click.  Total HR maximizes efficiency by allowing clients to create a job posting, add new hires, and manage the new hire in one consolidated system.

Performance Management- One tool that helps managers align corporate strategy with employee activity is the performance management too within Total HR.  With the tool, management can set goals for employees, which can be reviewed at their portal.  Managers and employees can complete performance reviews directly through the employee’s portal.  Review scores can now be instantly calculated and weighed automatically, which in return, can provide key insights into the employee’s performance and growth.

Employee surveys- One benefit of having a employee surveys tool is that it can provide key insights into employee sentiments and morale.  Creating a survey is easy.  You can use one of the many templates in the survey library or create an entirely new survey, specifically tailored to meet your needs.  The system allows managers to see who has taken the survey and is capable of sending out reminders to those who haven’t.  Standardized professional survey reports within the system include summary reports, graphical reports, and detail reports.

Wellness Tracking- Using Total HR, managers can now provide the ability to extend employee wellness initiatives to employees, making it easy for employees to track their progress against the program’s wellness metrics.  The system allows users to import data from external sources, making it easier for employees to compare their progress.  You can also create contests and identify employees or employee groups who succeed within the wellness campaign.
