EASY EMPLOYEE LOOK-UP:

HR users can easily access and review employee benefit and enrollment records with all data stored in a consolidated system.

QUALIFYING EVENT MANAGEMENT:
Qualifying event rules can be customized and enforced to manage employee election changes mid-year.  Administrators are notified as qualifying events are made in the system.

STATUS CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
HR users can easily and quickly manage employee status changes, including terminations and leaves.  Users complete a simple status change screen, and the applicable termination information is sent to all vendors and the COBRA administrator.

ACIVITY HISTORY FILE:
The system maintains a complete history of employee changes and benefit elections, including the coverage selected, employer/employee cost, and the date and time of the election.

AUTOMATIC EMAIL NOTIFICATION:
HR users receive system-generated e-mails, notifying them of an employee's access, activity, and any election or demographic changes.

EVIDENCE OF INSURABILITY MANAGEMENT:
Employee elections requiring E of I approval are stored in a review file.  HR users can view, and approve/deny pending employees, and send email reminders.  Applicable coverage, cost, and payroll deductions are automatically updated upon admin approval or denial.

PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS:
Administrators can run real-time reports of all employee payroll deductions.  Payroll deductions can be exported to update payroll systems.

OPTIONAL HRIS MODULES:
The system has multiple HRIS modules, including:
  • Employment Information
  • Education and Certification Information
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Medical Information
  • The modules can be enabled for employees to view and access, or can be set for administrative access.
EMPLOYEE REVIEW:
Managers/supervisors have access to an employee review feature that allows them to record the employee's review date, pay rate, bonus information, notes and times of the next review.  They can also upload and attach external documents to the employee review records. 

EMPLOYEE JOURNAL:
Administrators can maintain an online employment journal file.  Journal entries can be categorized according to company-specific topics, and can also include uploaded documents.
