For clients who want to eliminate the hassle and paper around annual enrollment, Apprize offers an open enrollment only option. This service offers the same easy employee enrollment, customized set-up, and admin tools as our year round model during your busiest time of year – open enrollment.

- Pre-population of employee data
- Employee access to system for specified open enrollment period (60 days maximum)
- Administrator/HR view and change access
- Processing of open enrollment changes and submissions to carriers
- Employer payroll deduction and election summary report
- Employer carrier billing report for reconciliation of first carrier bill
How the Process Works:
- Clients choose up to a 2 month time frame to use the system. This includes approximately 2 weeks for set-up, 1 month for open enrollment and data submission and 2 weeks for post enrollment administrative access.
- Apprize completes the enhanced open enrollment set-up. An enhanced set-up includes building a branded enrollment site with all business and eligibility rules and pre-population of employee data.
- Plan set-up material and employee data must be provided via Apprize set-up templates. Please allow 5 business days for site to be built.
- During open enrollment, an Apprize account team is available for all client training and support needs.
- After the close of open enrollment, Apprize submits enrollment files to each vendor.
- Enrollment maybe submitted by full data file, charge file, or carrier-populated enrollment forms.
- Apprize provides client with an election summary, payroll deduction, and bill reconciliation report.
