A wide range of options  can be tailored to fit individual companies' open enrollment needs, new hire enrollment, and qualifying event changes. Both employee self-service and administrator enrollment are available with of over 100 benefit types. To complement our enrollment services, we also offer a wide range of benefit administration services, including status change administration, audit services, bill reconciliation, COBRA and FSA interfaces, and data exchange with carriers with the choice  to self-serve  or outsource these tasks to Apprize.

BENEFITS COMMUNICATION:


Communicate benefits information to employees with ease and efficiency. This system allows for detailed benefit plan information for more than 100 benefit plan types, including plan costs, documents, carrier contact information, and FAQs - all in one place. HR staff saves time by not fielding repetitive questions. Save on printing and distribution costs as well. Apprize also offers optional Benefit Booklet creation and distribution services.

BILL RECONCILIATION:

Apprize can help ensure that your insurance bills are paid accurately through our comprehensive billing services. Clients can use our user-friendly reporting tools to generate self-administered bills, or to reconcile against carrier bills. We also offer optional audit and bill reconciliation services where Apprize reconciles all carrier bills on a monthly basis.

PAYROLL/HRIS INTERFACE:

For clients looking for complete integration, our cost effective payroll/HRIS interface service allows clients to integrate the Apprize enrollment system with their payroll or HRIS system, eliminating the need for double entries. We work with many payroll systems, and are frequently adding new interfaces with new payroll vendors.
