Our Account Executive has been an excellent resource for us throughout implementation and ongoing.  Having a resource available who is a knowledge expert when it comes to the system and benefits processes has made our lives way easier.  With a small HR department, having an Account Executive that is like an extension of our team has been invaluable.

Employees are allowed to enter qualifying events which saves us time internally.
